Cancellation Policies

Bookings are not transferable.

For Accommodation-Only Bookings Made On or Before the 31st May

This policy applies to all accommodation-only bookings made on or prior to 31st May during the half price off-peak special period. Accommodation booked after 31st May will be at standard pricing and incur the standard cancellation policy below.

A refund will only apply where:

  • Booking is cancelled by management (Full refund). or pro-rata refund if cancelled by management after commencement date

No refund applies where:

  • The ski field is not open due to weather and/or snow conditions; or
  • The booking is terminated by the customer at any time prior to or after commencement date

For Packages and Accommodation Booked After the 31st May

A refund will apply where:

  • Booking is cancelled by management (full refund) or pro-rata refund if cancelled by management after commencement date
  • The customer cancels by notifying management at least 14 days prior to the commencement date, $25 admin fee applies
  • The customer cancels by notifying management at least 48 hours prior to the commencement date, cancellation fees of up to 25% apply.

No refund applies where:

  • Booking is cancelled inside 48 hours of the commencement date; or
  • Booking is terminated after commencement

Please allow a minimum of 10 working days for your refund to arrive.
